CONE-SHAPED BLADES

Unlike competitive high-speed disc blades, the Qualidisc has a unique exclusive cone-shaped blade that achieves complete cutout of the soil profile at a variety of depths and speeds, while reducing planter bounce for improved uniformity and consistent seed spacing. As the blade wears, it is able to maintain a consistent cutting angle.

Cover more acres in less time. The Qualidisc can operate at speeds of 8-12 mph and at depths ranging from 1-6" for maximum efficiency, allowing you more time to focus on what matters most.

LATERAL DISC ADJUSTMENT

Exclusive to the Qualidisc, this feature allows the disc blades to be adjusted to overlap for complete soil cutout and optimum tillage performance throughout the lifespan of the disc blades.

NARROW TRANSPORT

Standard on all sizes, the Qualidisc has a transport width of 9' to optimize maneuverability when moving between fields.

SIMPLE ADJUSTMENTS

Adjustments are easy to make on the Qualidisc. Adjust the working depth by quickly pivoting the spacers. Transferring the weight of the roller to the frame for improved disc penetration is also simple. A special lock valve keeps the cylinders locked to ensure a consistent working depth.

STABILITY & CONSISTENCY

An active suspension system with two side accumulators prevents unexpected movement from the rear wheel wagon during operation. This improves the effectiveness of the machine at high speeds, both in field and during transport, while optional gauge wheels add stability in rough field conditions or at high speeds.

OPTIONAL ACTIPACK ROLLER WITH LEVELING KNIVES

Ideal for heavy, wet soils. Knives break down clods and prepare a final seedbed.

OPTIONAL CAGE ROLLER

The perfect attachment for lighter, drier soils.

OPTIONAL FINGER HARROW

Slows soil flow to ensure proper leveling and consolidation results.
